5 AUTHORIZE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN A
6 PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT
7 WITH GREINER, INC. TO PREPARE PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS
8 AND ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE

11 WHEREAS, services to prepare plans, specifications and engineer's estimate for Lynch Creek
12 Undercrossing Pathway and Pedestrian Bridge (Project 9892), Willow Brook Undercrossing
13 Pathway (Project 9898), and River Vista Parking Area (Project 9913) are needed; and,

15 WHEREAS, staff solicited and received four proposals and evaluated them and Greiner was
16 determined to be most qualified; and,
17
18 WHEREAS, the staff proposes that Greiner, Inc., 1380 Lead Hill Road, Suite 100, Roseville,
19 California 95661-2941, provide the above-reference services; and,
20
21 WHEREAS, the professional consulting services are on a "time and expense basis" estimated
22 not to exceed $110,000.

24 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council authorize the City Manager to
25 sign a professional consulting services agreement with Greiner, Inc. to prepare plans,
26 specifications and engineer's estimate.
