1 RES®LUTI®N IDECLARING P®LICE VEIIICLE
2 SURPLUS AMID AUTl3®RIZING TIDE SALE TI~ERE®F
3 WHEREAS, staff has determined that the equipment listed as:

5 Unit 86 1992 Ford LTD Crown Victoria VIN #ZFACP72W1NX239168

7 is no longer of any use to the City, and
8 WHEREAS, staff requested the City Council take an action to surplus this equipment so
9 that staff may dispose of it while some residual value still exists.
10 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that. the equipment listed is declared surplus to
11 the City's needs and is no longer required by the City, and has some salvage value, and
12 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and he is hereby directed to sell
1.3 and dispose of same by bid, by public auction, or by private sale, as he deems appropriate in the
14 matter and in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 3.12 of the Petaluma Municipal Code.
