RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT CLAIMS AND BILLS FOR May, 2011
WHEREAS, the City Charter requires that the City Auditor shall examine all claims and
bills and the City Manager shall approve them for payment; and,
WHEREAS, the following claims and bills have been examined by the City Auditor and
have been approved for payment by the City Manager:
Check Numbers: 108348 through 108904
Electronic Fund Transfer Numbers: 6639 through 6682
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council accepts said claims
and bills as paid.
Under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City
REFERENCE: I hereby certify the foregoing Resolution was introduced and adopted by the Approved as to
Council of the City of Petaluma at a Regular meeting on the 18 day of July, 2011, form:
