5 RESOLUTION MODIFYING
6 THE TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAP CONDITIONS
7 FOR GRAYSTONE CREEK (GLENBROOK NORTI~

10 WHEREAS, McBail Co., as owner has requested a modification of Tentative Map
11 Condition No. 2 as was approved by Resolution 92-175 N.C.S. on July 20, 1992; and,

13 WHEREAS, the City Council did consider the request at a public meeting; and,
14
15 WHEREAS, the City Council is in support of the requested modification,
16
17 NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the condition No. 2 of Resolution 92-
18 175 is hereby modified to read:

20 2. If the urban separator is dedicated and/or if Parcel "B" (school site) is shown as
21 a legal lot with the first final map, "A" Street from "B" Street to Ely Road, "B"
22 Street from the easterly property line of this development to its intersection with
23 "E" Street, and "E" Street (now Fieldstone Lane), shall be designed as specified
24 in Condition 3C, Bonded and Dedicated, with the first final map. Construction
25 of "A" Street (now Sandstone Drive) and "B" Street (now Riesling~Road~ from
26 the easterl,~vroperty line to Corona Creek shall occur with the second final map
27 or upon acceptance of Parcel "B" by the school, whichever comes first. "B"
28 Street now Riesling Road) over Corona Creek to "E" Street (now Fieldstone
29 Lane) and "E" Street (now Fieldstone Lanel shall be constructed with Phase 3.
Under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City.
REFERENCE: I hereby certify the foregoing Resolution was introduced and adopted by the App, as to
