HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 93-29 02/01/1993~~ ~es®~utlOrl No. 93-29 N.C.~. of the City of Petaluma, California 1 ESTABLISIIING POLICY 2 REGARDING 3 COUNCIL SUBCOMMITTEE MEETINGS a AND 5 TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY TAX MEETINGS 6 WHEREAS, the on January 19, 1993, the City Council discussed the issue of ~ open or closed subcommittee meetings: s NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of 9 Petaluma as follows: l0 1. All subcommittee meetings of the City Council will be noticed on 11 the Regular Meeting agendas. Said notice shall set forth the date, 12 time, place and subject matter to be discussed. 13 2. Unless otherwise decided by the Council, the subcommittee 14 meetings will be open to the public, with the exception that those 15 matters which may be subject to closed sessions under the Brown 16 Act may be discussed in Closed Session without first obtaining 17 Council approval. is 3. The allocation of Transient Occupancy Tax funds will not be 19 done through a subcommittee.
