EXAMPLES OF DUTIES Performs the duties of processing and distribution of regular and inter- office mail; collects and distributes mater ial s, supplies and other items and provides messenger service for the City. Operates mailing machines, microfilm equipment, photocopier, ozaiid blueprint machine, offset press, paper cutter, and other assorted reproduc'ing and assembling machines and devices. Performs minor- repairs, maintenance, adjustments and cleaning to all related equipment. Assists in ordering and maintaining central supplies inventory store. Maintains records and files, as required, to account for supply disbursements and charges to departments. Performs a variety of routine clerical work as required. EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS Education and Experience: Any combination equivalent uivalent to graduation from p Y q, high school and one (1) year of clerical experience, including operation of various office machines and equipment.:. Knowledge of Centralized mailing inventory, and duplication services and related equipment operations, clerical skills, such as, filing, sorting, indexing and record keeping. Ability to Operate a variety of duplication, reproduction, mailing and 'related machines and equipment; safely operate a motor vehicle; keep and prepare accurate records; understand and carry out instructions; establish and maintain effective and cooperative work relationships with employees, public and other agencies.
