Perry, Jr. at a Regular Meeting of the City Council of the • City of Petaluma, on the 17th day of October , 19 WHEREAS, the Director of Planning a.n.d the City Engineer have reviewed the final map of • PETALUMA INDUSTRIAL • PARK #3 • and have reported_ it to be.in conformity with the Subdivision • Ordinance, and such reports have been forwarded to and re- viewed by this Council; and WHEREAS, the certifications required by law have been endorsed on said map; and, WHEREAS, this Council finds the final map conforms to the requirements of this City's SubdivisiOn Ordinance and is consistent with and conforms.to, the general and spe- cific plans for the area and the Environmental_ Design Plan; • • and, • WHEREAS, this Council finds the final map is in sub- , stantial compliance with the tentative map previously ap- proved for the subject subdivision by Resolution No. 7654 • N.C.S., the findings of which are hereby incorporated by this reference as if fully set forth herein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said final map of PETALUMA INDUSTRIAL PARK #3 be, and the same is •hereby, approved; p`rovided that the con- ditions,, which •have been previously set, forth in said Resolu- tion 'No. 7 C S , incorporated herein by reference, shall be carried out. , . • COUNCIL_ FILE 1 4 • • • R... - e7 37 • i BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that upon execution of the Subdivision Public Improvements Agreement in the form ap proved by the City Attorney, and the furnishing of the re- quired improvement security and insurance, approved as to form by the City Attorney and as to sufficiency by the City Manager, the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed to sign the certificate on said fin al, map certifying that the City Council has approved the same and accepted all streets and other dedications made thereon. The City Clerk shall thereupon cause said "final map to be recorded in the office of the Sonoma County Recorder. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed to sign that standard Subdivi- sion Public Improvements Agreement with said subdivider. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed to sign a water well agree- ment with said subdivider, when app roved as to form by the City Attorney. • under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City.
