EXTRAORDINARY PROVISIONS
Wien the service is requested for a structure that cannot
be served with the existing technical capacity of the
Cable system or providing service will require modifica-
tion or extension of the system, the applicant(s) shall be
charged the cost of labor and materials and easements neces-
sary to provide active service.
• Where service is requested for a structure that will require
the installation of underground equipment and components
where no underground duct structure for Cable television
has been provided by the applicant(s),, the cost for instal-
ling the necessary duct and associated facilities shall be
chargeable to the applicant(s) in addition to other applic-
able connection. fees,.
