Bond ata • Regular Meeting of the City Council of the h City of Petaluma, on the 19 day of December 19 77 WHEREAS, the owner of certain real property in the-City of Petaluma described in, Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made apart hereof has requested a certificate of compliance therefor; and, WHEREAS, this Council is empowered to approve such a Certi- ficate even though•;the subject property does not comply with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act or the Petaluma Sub division Ordinance provided the applicant•complies with certain conditions; and, WFIEREAS, the Planning Department has made its report, NOW, THEREFORE, BE. IT RESOLVED that this Council does hereby find as follows: 1. The subject property does not comply with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act or of the Petaluma Subdivision Ordinance. 2. Notwithstanding finding No. 1, the public health, safety, and welfare will be served by issuing a Certificate of Compliance for the subject property. • BE IT . FURTHER RESOLVED that this .Council, does hereby grant and approve a Certificate of Compliance for the subject property. ' BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Director be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute said Certificate of Compliance. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record said Certificate of Compliance with the Sonoma County Recorder_ under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City.
