WHEREAS,, the, City Planning Commission has 'reviewed pro-
posed amendments to the General Plan and its Environmental
Design Plan Elemeintan'd has held a hearing thereon and after
said hearing ,finds the he pr oposed-am'end*ments should be -adopted; and,
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission filed with th&'City
Clerk its report a's:set forth in its Resolutions No. 18-78 through
24-78, recommending adoption of -said proposed amendments to the
General Planand,1, its Environ mental nesigh,Plah Element; and,

WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed proposed amendments
to the General,Plan.,and its Environmental -Design Plan Element, con-
sistent with the ,Planning Commissions! recommendations and has
held a hearing hereon on the 21st day of August, 1978, and after
said hearing finds that the proposed amendments (set out below)
to the General Plan and its Environmental Design Plan Element
should be adopted,
NOW, THEREFORE.,- BE IT RESOLVED, that proposed amendments, No.
