WHEREAS;, the Sonoma County Urbana System Technical Advisory
Committee has reviewed the proposed,projects forboth the.
Healdsburg Urban Area - 'Sa=nta' Rosa Urbanilzed Area and the
Petaluma Urban Area, and has approved the fie year Federal.
Aid Urban Programs, for,- each of the areas,
