Section 20.16.420 of ''the 'Subdiv'isi'on Ordinance,;'specifies that the City Engineer
shall prepare a written report of recommendations on the Tentative Map in
relation to the Public Improvement :requirements;of the Subdivision Ordinance
and the provisions of .the Map Act.
This department has reviewed the above tentative map and finds it to be in
conformance with the Subdivision" Ordin'a'nce,.
1. Specific design details for publc.imgrovements shall be resolved at the
final map and plan review stage.

CAULFIELD HOMES SUBDIVISION TENTATIVE MAP
Conditions:
1. Th& applicant shall, comply with all requirements of the City Engineer,
as -outlined in .the attached correspondence.
Z. Front yard. 'building: setback lines, as approved through City Ordinance.
No. '128'8 N X.S., shall be shown on the final subdivision map'.
3. Grading and drainage design shall conform to the requirements of the
Sonoma County Water Agency.
4,. One o_f. the fire hydrants shall be located on the property line extension
which separates.Lot #4 from Lot #5.
5. All ut-ilit _es shall be undergrounded.
6. All conditions of the P.U.D: rezoning (Ordinance No. 1288`N.C.3'.) shall
be met.
All applicable City Ordinances shall be met, including the park'develop-
ment ordinance, the, development impact ordinance, etc.
