WHEREAS, ROBERT LEE as owner (//) and
Subdivider (/) has/hawe filed with this, Council a tentative map propos-

Meadews .and have paid all required filing fees; and,
WHEREAS, the Gity Engineer,; the Director of .Planning, the Sonoma
County Water Agency, and the Planning, Commission have.examined and re-

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Council hereby finds
as follows:
1. The propos- subdivision,`togetlier with provisions for its.
design and improvement,, is consistent with the General.Plan.
2. The propo''ed subdivision is compatible with the objectives,
policies, general.land uses, and°programs specified, in said General
Plan.
3. The site is .phy's'ically suitable fo;r the" type of develop-
ment proposed.
4. The site is physically suitable for the proposed density
of development.
5. The design ,of the Subdiv.is,ion.and the proposed improvements
therefor will not -cause substantial en•,yironmental damage, and. no sub
stantial or avo`idab'le injury will occur to fish .or wildlife or their
habitat.
6. The design of the Subdivi;sIon and the type of improvements
will not ca;us.e serious public health problems.
7'. The design of the Subdivision and the type of improvements
proposed will not conf-Iict with, easements,,.acquired by the public at
large, for acc`.ess -through, or use of Property within the proposed sub-
division.
8. The discharge of waste from the proposed subdivision into
