Environmental Design Element (Westridge): The following'coneerris, shall. be.incl:uded in the Goals and Policies of the Environmental Design plan element, as they relate to the goals and policies for development in the. area.which is the subject -of this General Plan Amendment: 1. Approved -street access must be provided between developments in the area and :I Street. 2. An aesthetically and environmentally acceptable transition '6f density must .be provided between development in this area and'the existing West - ridge Subdivision. 3. The impadt of new. tr,af.fic ,created by development of the.area on.Sunnyslope'Road and.Sunnyslope Avenue must be mitigated ,by appropriate improve- ment ofsaid thoroughfares, either by the developer or by other.me'ans. 4. The area lies within the Thompson Creek drainage basin, and'.construction of any development in that area must comply with the development policy for said area as set out in Resb-fut on No. 8464 N.C.S. and amendments thereto.
