(Revised Map Received August 13, 1979)
Gentlemen:
Section 20.16.420 of the Subdivision Ordinance specifies -that -the City
Engineer will prepare a written report of recommendations on the Tenta-
tive Map in relation to the public improvement requirements of the Sub-
division Ordinance and the provisions of the Map Act. This Department
has reviewed the above Tentative Map and makes the following recommenda-
tions:
This item de]eted
1.
The Meadow View Drive access,
align with Blue Grass Drisve,
to the site should be relocated to per City Council
thereby providing a future more directagreemen t
access to Caulfield'Lane.
at Council meeting of
9-17-79
2,.
The pedestrian.rght's-of=way
through the development are no longer .
needed ('these were required when Ely Boulevard S'outh,'was.--to have
back -on property orientation
and alternate access to the_,school site
.
.was necessary).
3.
We recommend that the public
water and sewer lines b e constructed out-
side of deep lift asphaltic
concrete street sections,to eliminate
future problems involved with
maintaining lines under 't.hick asphalt
streets..
4.
The right -.of; -way in fron-t of
the church site has already been deeded
to the City and should be shown'as such on theiaap.
