WHEREAS., by its Resolution No. 20, the Old Adobe Union School District has
determined that &-condition of overcrowding exists` tn'-,the attendance areas described
therein, and
WHEREAS, the School District has notified•the City of Petaluma of the. over-

Municipal Code Section •17.28:.090; and

REASONABLE MITIGATION 'DONE:
For elementary schools proposed, all site space, usable for classroom
instruction,,, are presentlybeing so occupied to meet the curriculum and
pupil services required by the District. Closets and storerooms in
nil
several case's are also being used for small group instruction and
special pupil. services.

It is the direction of the School, ,Board that there is currently no known'
