NOW, THEREFORE;. BE IT' RESOLVED that this 'Council hereby finds
as follows
1. The.proposed'subdivision, together with provisions for its
design and improvement.,. s.cons istent- with the General Plan.
2. The proposed subdivision is compatible with the objectives,
policies,,general land uses, and programs specified in said General
Plan.
3. The site is physically suitable`for the type of develop-
ment proposed.
4. -The site -is: physically suitable, for the proposed density
of development.'
5. The design of the Subdivision -and the.proposed improvements
therefor will not ,cause substantial ntal damage, and no°sub-

' documents which must demonstrate to the Commission that the total project
will be developed and Maintained in accordance with the intent and purpose
of this development:
(a). The documents to convey title.
(b) The covenants, conditions and.restrictions to be recorded.
2d. The developer shall have an archeologicaleconaaissance made on the
property and submitted to the Planning Department prior to final subdi-
v'asion map submittal_

adequate space for future "left turn lane and to provide for a City bus stop

to provide adequate space for a future left turn lane and a future City bus
stop located east of Redwood Circle.

25. There are numerous minor; inconsistencies between the -tentative map
and the requirements of the Subdivision Ordinance for a tentative map. The
developer's engineer is referred to Article 4. of the .0 y Subdivision
Ordinance for a check list of required information.
