The. Planning Commission recommends approval of'the tentative.-subdivision map
subject to the following conditions:
1. The conditions outlined-in the'letter from the City Eng-ineer,
2. Drainage des gn and constructi,on,satisfict'ory to the Flood Control Design
Criteria. of Sonoma. County Water Agency.
3. The'final map shall show the twenty-five (25)-foot f ront setback Tine.
4. All fire 'hydrants to be spaced to Fire-'Department.ieguiations with 1;0.00
gallons per minute fire flow and all; hydrants to be equipped with one 211"
and one, 42" outlet;
5. All utilities.,shall.be placed underground within the P.U.E
.6. The street names as i,ndicated'on the tentative subdivision; map are subject
to checking, and' revisions by 'the Police: Department and, the Chief Building
Inspector,
7. The owner, must provide a source:of water at the time of issuance of building.
