All conditions out'lined'in the City 'Engineer's letter to the Planning Com - om-mission miss onshall be met by -the developer. 2. Fire hydrants shall be installed on the site; as indicated on Exhibit A. All hydrants shall, be capable of producing a fire flow of 1,000 gallons perp and shall be equipped with single 2,-z inch and 4-% inch outlets. 3. All utilities ithin the public utili les 'shall be placed underground w easements. _ 4. Proper standard street name and "stop" sign poles shall be -installed as required by the Ctiy, Eingneer. .5. The subdivider shall comp=ly with Subsection 22.7:700 of the :Petaluma Sub- division Ordinance;,pe_,taining to tree planting requirements and will also b.e required to improve each lot with at least front lawn, one tree and seven shrubs as stiow•n'on the residential allotment plans.
