INTERNATIONAL UNION OF NORTH AMERICA;' LOCAL 139 (PETALUMA) This document represents the City of Petaluma's,final and complete Agreement 'resulting from th'.e.1977-78 Meet and-C`onfer sessions with Laborers' Inte.rnation"al Union of North Ameri.c,a, - Local 139 (Petaluma) . Representatives of the.°City'arnd Laborers' 13,9 (Petaluma) acknowledge that they have fulfilled th,ei�r mutual and respective obligations to M'ee`t and Confer under the Meyers-Milias-Brown Act. As a result, the parties have come to: a mu•t.u,al u-nderstanding which the representatives of the City and Laborers' 139 (Petaluma), who have the approval of their members, agree to recommend for acceptan•.c':e and approval to the City Council of the City of Petaluma. The expressed provisions h.ereof.represent aLl,,the changes to be made in the terms and cond.itio'ns` o.f employment of the employees in Unit 2 (Maintenance) Theref`ore''', all other terms, conditions and provisions contained in that certain d.oc.ument entitled "Agreement Between the City of Petaluma and Laborers' Int',ernational Union'of North America, Local 139", with' the effective d,ate,o°f„'July 1, 1975, and':subsequent Memorandum of Understandings signed by Labo'rers' 139 and the City and ratified by the City Council, not -c'hange'd hereby shall remain in full force and effect. City of Petaluma Group Medical -Hospital Insurance Program: The City shall .provide for a group medical -hospital insurance coverage program for City employees in this unit. The City shall pay, during 1977-78, the following insurance premium amounts towards t'he City group medical -hospital insurance coverage program: A. Insurance' premium . amount of $45.18 per month, per employee towards employee coverage; and B. For emp;l,oyee,s who maintain dependents) coverage, either - a. I,n.surance premium amount of $24.97 per month,, per employee towards one (1,) d,epend.ent coverage for 'employees who maintain one (1) dependent coverage; or b. Insurance premium amount of $26.81 per -i month,, pe'r employee towards two (2) or more dependents coverage for employees who maintain two (2) or more dependents c.o v e r,,a g,e ARTICLE 28, Paragraph 3, to read as follows: 3.
