The City shall provide fpr a group dental, insurance coverage program
for City employees in "Management. The City s"halal pay during 1977-7'8,
the following insurance 'pre;mi.um amounts tow;ar:ds the City group dental
insurance coverage program:
A. Insurance premium -amount of $6.86 per month,
per employee, towards employee coverage; and
B. Insuranc,e premium ,amount of $14;, 85 per month,
per employee, towards. dependents' coverage for
employees who 'maintain dependern,;ts. c;o:ver;age..
