3 REPEALING RES®I,UTI®N 92-251 NCS
a BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
s 1. That the attached schedule is hereby adopted as the schedule to be
s used by the affected departments in computing fees for the functions
~ specified.
s 2. That the adopted fees as shown on the attachment shall be subject
9 to a yearly evaluation by the Planning and Finance Directors and shall be
to adjusted (either by increase or decrease) to be effective March lst of
i 1 each year to reflect the Consumer Price Index (CPI) of the previous

l3 3. Resolution 92-251 NCS is hereby repealed in its entirety.
