3 AUTHORIZE TIIE CITY MANAGER TO QUITCLAIM
4 EXISTING ACCESS EASEMENT
5 ACROSS CARER FARMS HIGHLANDS SUBDIVISION

7 WHEREAS, an access easement across the Cader Farms Subdivision was recorded
8 August 18, 1992 (Document No. 92-0101389); and,
9
10 WHEREAS, said access easement is no longer necessary.

12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Manager be authorized to
13 quitclaim the existing access easement and that the City Clerk be authorized to record
14 said document.
