RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PETALUMA
CONFIRMING THAT THE PROPOSED SITE DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE
LOMAS SUBDIVISION IS SUBSTANTIALLY THE SAME AS THE VESTING
TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAP AND ALTERATIONS APPROVED
THERETO BY THE CITY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, on June 6, 2005, the City Council approved a Vesting Tentative Map for
the Lomas Subdivision by adopting Resolution No. 2005-086; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council's approval of the Vesting Tentative Map was based in part
on approved alterations to the project which the City Council directed and authorized to be made
upon review of the project by the City's Site Plan and Architectural Review Committee
(SPARC); and,
WHEREAS, the project applicant has made certain changes to the Vesting Tentative
Map in response to SPARC review; and,
WHEREAS, Government Code §66442 and Petaluma Municipal Code §2.34.390
provide that a city engineer nay certify a final map if the subdivision as shown is substantially
the same as it appeared on the tentative map and any approved alterations thereof; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the project applicant's proposed site plan
dated November 6, 2006, which incorporates changes made to the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that:
1. The City Council confirms that the changes made to the Lomas Subdivision project as
shown on the proposed site plan dated November 7, 2006, carry out the Council's
intent when it directed and authorized that alterations be made to the project as part of
the Council's Vesting Tentative Map approval in Resolution No. 2006-086; and

2. The proposed site plan date stamped November 7, 2006 is substantially the same as
the Vesting Tentative Map and approved alterations thereto directed to be made to the
project by the City Council.
Under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City.
REFERENCE: 1 hereby certify the foregoing Resolution was introduced and adopted by the Approved as to
Council of the City of~Petaluma at a Regular meeting on the 20`x' day of November, forrria
2006, by the following vote:
