7 RESOLUTION APPROVING GOALS FOR THE
8 AFFIRMATIVE ACTION PLAN FISCAL YEAR 1992-1993

13 WHEREAS, this City Council has approved the Affirmative
14 Action Plan by Resolution No. 7001 N.C.S.; and,
15
16 WHEREAS, it is necessary to establish the annual Goals
17 and Timetables;

19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Council hereby
20 adopts the Goals for Fiscal Year 1992-1993 contained in Exhibit
21 "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein as fully set forth.

Male/Female Work Force - Made 55.74%; Female 44.26'%
1. The-City of Petaluma is required to track only those
minorities over 2% of the population. These figures are based
on the 19.9'0 Census Date (LaYior Force Characteristics) for the
City of Petaluma.
2. These calculations exclude the City Manager artd the City
Clerk, in that Council appointed positions are exempt from EEO
Rules and Regulations.
