HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 92-253 09/21/19921 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 33 34 35 36 37 Resolution No. 9~-25~ N.G.S. ~~f thf~ (;itv cif E'(~t~alur7~~~, C~~lifc~rni~a RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN A LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT AND TENTATIVE MAP APPLICATION FOR THE CORONA RANCH PROJECT (AP NO. 137-060-59) WHEREAS, the above parcel of land was designated as high density and targeted as the "Project Y" low income housing site through the Corona Ely Specific Plan; and WHEREAS, the above parcel was dedicated to the City for a high density low income housing project by the Sonoma Parkway Company and Cherry Lane Associates to satisfy their obligation to provide low and moderate income housing for their Corona/Ely developments; and WHEREAS, the City has entered into an agreement with Eden Housing a non- profit housing development corporation to construct the Corona Ranch Project; and WHEREAS, Eden Housing filed an application for a Tentative Map on July 31st, 1992 and a Lot Line Adjustment application on September 9th, 1992 to complete said Corona Ranch application; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to sign said Lot Line Adjustment and Tentative Map to enable the City to conclude the processing of the subdivision and development of Corona Ranch on the City owned site. 38 39 40 41 42 4 3 Under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City. ~~FERENCE: I hereby certify the foregoing Resolution was introduced and adopted by the Approved as to 4 6 COROAUTR/DD~ouncil of the City of Petaluma at a (Regular) (,°~4~X~ meeting form on the ..~~.~X .............. day of ..._...............,~Q.pt-~.Ilx.b~>'................, 19..~~., by the following vote: ------------------.....----- City Attorney AYES:.
