BE'IT RESOLVED BY. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PETALUMA
that it finds and determines.°and hereby, declares that:
1. The public` interest and, ne-cessity require the ac-
quisitionj dons truction, p by the City of Petaluma of a

public improvement.; namely, the widening and improving of Sunnyslope
Road.
