3 PLANNING FEES AND REPEALING CONFLICTING

6 BE IT RESOLVED that the attached schedule is hereby adopted as the Schedule to be
7 used by the affected departments in computing fees for the functions specified, and said
8 Schedule is hereby incorporated by reference.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the herein adopted fees shall be subject to a yearly
evaluation by the Planning and Finance Directors and shall be adjusted (either by increase
or decrease) to be effective March lst of each year to reflect the consumer price index
(C.P.L) of the previous calendar year; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any portion of resolutions in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed, including fee schedule(s) by Resolution 9069, Resolution 9508, and
Resolution 86-179.
