DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE COMMITTMENT

Park Place Planned Community
For each phase of both the single -family and multi-family developments, Qantas
Development Corporation will adhere. to the following Development Schedule:
1) Submit Preliminary Map within 30 days of completion of development of the
previous phase of the some development.
2) Submit PUD/Tentative. Map/Design Review application within 30 days of the
Preliminary Map meeting.
3) Submit Improvement Plans within 75 days of Tentative Map approval.
4) Submit Final Ma.p within.30 days of final Klan approval
5) Record Final Map within 21 days of Final Map approval.
6) dart land improvements within, 20 days of Final Map recordation, but not
earlier than ground water permits in the Spring (generally around May 15),
and not later than September 15.
The above schedule is designed to serve as a maximum time frame, and is not
intended to prevent Qantas from accelerating the schedule whenever possible. Phase `l
multi -family and phase �,2 single-family will be processed concurrently.
