34 Katherine Bobrowski, Petaluma, asked if Petaluma had a plan in the case of a natural disaster.
35 She also mentioned individuals trespassing on her property.

37 Peter Tscherneff, Petaluma, spoke about Nazis, the Catholic religion and personal wealth.

39 Ed Maas, Petaluma, discussed the Butter and Eggs Day Parade and the unacceptable behavior
40 of some individuals at the event.

44 Onita Pellegrini, Petaluma Chamber of Commerce, Petaluma, thanked the Council for revisiting
45 the impact fees issue in order to encourage businesses to expand and grow in Petaluma. She
46 stated that the Chamber of Commerce is here to help.

48 Zen Destiny, Petaluma, said that he doesn't want to see anyone laid off because of the City
49 having to pay property owners to use agricultural wastewater. He further spoke about running
50 trains underneath the Golden Gate Bridge in little boxes that are the same material as the
51 bridge itself. He did not believe the train would work until it went into San Francisco.

9 Petaluma has done a great job over the years in providing affordable housing.
10 He asked that the Council not take any action that would jeopardize affordable
11 housing programs.

14 that affordable housing development is vital to the long term economic success
15 of our community. She asked that the Council reject exemptions from the
