She 46 stated that the Chamber of Commerce is here to help. 47 48 Zen Destiny, Petaluma, said that he doesn't want to see anyone laid off because of the City 49 having to pay property owners to use agricultural wastewater. He further spoke about running 50 trains underneath the Golden Gate Bridge in little boxes that are the same material as the 51 bridge itself.
