Moment of Silence 22 23 AGENDA CHANGES AND DELETIONS - Changes to current agenda only. 24 25 None. 26 27 PUBLIC COMMENT 28 29 Zen Destiny, Petaluma, spoke about Sean Penn, Imperialism, and the recently abolished Captain 30 positions in the Petaluma Police Department. 31 32 Katherine Bobrowski, Petaluma, spoke about problems at her mobile home park. Council also asked that staff look at ways 49 to pay the non - profits during the interim stay by the courts. 50 51 Motion: Approve A. PCDC Resolution 2011 -12 Adopting an Enforceable Obligation 52 Payment Schedule Pursuant to Health and Safety Code §34169.
