RESOLUTION •ESTABLISHING THE RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM QUOTA FOR THE 1975 CONSTRUCTION YEAR fl 4, INTRODUCED BY COUNCILMAN , ,4064 A / and SECONDED • ' By COUNCILMAN , , • at an adjourned meeting of the City Council of the City of Petaluma on the 29th day of October, I ' 1974. • WHEREAS, the City of Petaluma, by Resolution No. 6724 N.C.S., established a Residential Development Control System for the City of Petaluma; and WHEREAS,, Section III of said resolution requires an annual quota be established for each building year; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the residential quota for the building year 19.75-76 is hereby determined and established to be as • follows: East Single-family dwelling units . • . 120 Multi-family dwelling units . . . . . . . 100 Central Single-family dwelling units 25 Multi-family dwelling units . . . . . . . 65 West Single-family dwelling units 1.20. • Multi-family dwelling units 30 Low- to Moderate Housing Single- or multi-family dwelling units . . . 40 Single-family dwelling units shall be defined as any detached dwelling .unit And shall include mobilehome units. 'Multi-family dwelling units shall be defined as any attached dwelling units, including most • condominium developments. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that no one development shall be allowed more than one hundred (100) residential units, provided that low- to moderate-income units may be allocated in addition to said one hundred (100) units.
