BY COUNCILMAN Robert E. ;Daly at'a Regular Meeting of the
City Council of the City of'Petaluma, on the 18th day of February, 1975.
BE IT RESOLVED AND`ORDERED that Resolution No. 6 N.C.S. is hereby
amended to, provide the following license fees redemption fees and charges
and late registration charges:
1. DOG LICENSE FEES $ 4.00
2. LATE REGISTRATION FEES
$4.00 if applied for 30 days after same should have been procured.
3. REDEMPTION FEES
A.. The license fee if unpaid.
B. $5.00, 'first redemption; $10 .00,, second redemption; $15.00,
third redemp'tion and each succeeding. redemption.
C. $25.00 for each horse, colt, jack, mule, bull, steer, cow,
calf, hog, sheep or goat.
D. In addition to the above fees, the poundmaster shall charge "
and collect that actual cost of feed plus the following sum
per day for feeding and caring for impounded animals:
For each dog ... $ 1.00
For each cat $ 1.00
For each horse;, colt, jack, mule, bull, steer, .
cow, calf, hog, sheep, goat or other animal
not specified above ....... :::.. $ 2.00
E. Any animal brought or given to the'pound`by the owner thereof
for the purpose of either adoption or destruction shall pay a
fee of $2.00.
F. A fee of $10..00 per . hour or fraction thereof - shall be charged
for services rendered in rounding up or corralling large
animals.
4. EXCESS FEES
Any person who ,paid: the City of Petaluma a fee in excess of those
provided herein during the period between °January 1, 1975, and
the effective date of this resolution ,shall be entitled, upon ap-

plication and presentation of proof of payment, to a refund of
the difference between the fees actually' paid and the fees pre -
scribed herein..

I hereby certify. that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Petaluma on the
18th day of February, 1 975, - by the following votes:
