Cavanagh- at a Regular Meeting" of the City - " Council of the -City of.Petaluma on the 7th day of April, 1975. WHEREAS, this Council,has heretofore adopted :a Residential De- velo meat- 'Control S stem a� p y and a policy to restrict the number of- residen- g per Year o ver a �` e period of five tial dwellings to not more than 500 units er e years; and, WHEREAS, this Council has established criteria to evaluate residential developments and appointed a Residential- Development- Evalu- ation Board to rate and evaluate al -1 applications-for-residential de- velopment; and, • WHEREAS., the Board : has- submitted- to this Council -by. letter, dated March 20, 1975, its mmendatons and recd .ratings- of all .applications received; and, WHEREAS, there were no appeals- by .applicants to this Council for said recommendations and rating's; NOW, THEREFORE, ' BE; IT RESOLVED that ,tlie City Council declares -and establishes the ranking":and points.of all applicants as follows: SING,•LE- FAMILY UNITS UNITS SECTOR QUOTA RATING APPLICANT .L"OCATION .
