1. The expressed provisions hereof represent all the
changes to be made in the terms and cond itions of
employment of the employees in Unit 5.
2. SALARY
The City shall adjust the existing salary ranges
for each of the classifications included in represen-
tational Unit 5 by seven percent (7%) effective
July 1, 1975.
3. HEALTH BENEFITS
The City shall continue and • maintain for fiscal year
1975 -76, the schedule of hospital and medical benefits
in affect on June 3'0, 1975.
The City shall pay the increased cost of premiums
for said benefits for both the employee and the
employee's dependent(s) from July 1, 1975, through
to and including June ,30, 1976.
Additionally, the City agrees to pay during 1975 -76
the amount of $15.00 per month per employee toward
the cost of dependent (e) coverage . ,for medical and
hospital insurance for all employees who maintain
dependent(s) coverage:
4. LIFE IN,S- URANCE
The City shall provide, at no cost to the employee,
group term life insurance coverage in the principle
amount of' $5,000 per employee.
5. HOLIDAY
In 1976, the City will designate ten (10) paid, fixed -
date holidays per employee as listed below. Additionally
during'-the calendar ,year 1976:, the City will authorize
one (1) paid floating holiday per employee, which may be
taken by the employee at a time selected by the employee,
subject to operational requirements as determined by the
Department Head.

observed are listed below:

1. New Year's'Day January 1
2. Washington's Birthday 3rd. Monday in February
3. Memorial Day Last Monday in May
4. Independence Day July 4 (to be observed July 5)
5. Labor Day lst Monday in September
6. Columbus Day 2nd Monday in October
7. Veterans' Day 4th Monday in October
8. Thanksgiving Day 4th Thursday in November
9. Day after Thanksgiving Friday after Thanksgiving
10. Christmas Day December 25 (to be observed Dec. 24)
