The expressed provisions hereof represent all the changes to be made in the terms and conditions of employment of the Management empfOYees. 2 SALARY • The City shall adjust the existing:,Saiary ranges . for each of the Management :cla .effective July 1, 1975.:(SeeAppendix'A -• 3. HEALTH BENEFITS • - - ' The City shall continue and maintain for fiscal year 1975-76, the schedule of hospital and medical benefits in affect on Jtine 30, 1975. The City shall pay the increased cost of premiums for said benefits for both the employee and the employee's dependent(s) from July 1, 1975, through to and including June 30, A976. Additionally; the City agrees to pay during 1975-76 the amount of $15.00 per month per employee toward the cost of dependent(s) coverage for medical and . -hospital insurance for all employees who Maintain • dependent(s) coverage ' 4. LIFE INSURANCE ' • The City shall provide, at no cost to the employee, group term life insurance coverage in the principle amount of $5,000 per employee. 5. HOLIDAY In 1976, the City will designate ten (10) paid, fixed- date holidays per employee as listed, below. Additionally, during. the calendar year 1976,- the City will authorize one -floating holiday-per- employee,--which_iaay be _ taken by the employee at a time selected by the employee, subject to operational requirements as determined by the Department Head . • , • = . - 2 - • The ten {10) designated, fixed-date holidays to be observed are listed below:.
