HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 91-286 09/16/1991~es®IUtI®rl No. 91-286 N.C.S. of the City of Petaluma, California 1 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PETALUMA 2 TO AMEND CITY AIRPORT HANGAR RENTAL RATES 3 4 5 WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted the FY 91-92 6 Airport Budget; and 7 8 WHEREAS, the State of California has provided loans for the 9 construction of hangars; and 10 11 WHEREAS, the estimated revenue from hangar rentals 12 projected an annual. increase in rates in order to meet debt service 13 payments; 14 15 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council 16 that effective October 1, 1991, the City Airport hangar rental rates shall be: 17 18 19 Hangar Monthly 20 Tvpe Rate 21 22 2A $264 23 2B 292 24 1A & 4A 235 25 1B & 4B 264 26 3B 207 27 2C-2K 218 28 2L 126 29 1H, 3L, 4L 114 30 1C-1G, 3A, 3C-3K, 4C-4K 189 31 32 Under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City.
