HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 6547 N.C.S. 03/11/1974 ; INTRODUCE ® BY CO � ■ LMAN ECONDED BY COUNCIL (P -6) f x RESOLU ION NO `65'47 N.C.S. -• z VV RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PETALUMA,DECLARING'CANVASS OF RETURNS AND RESULT OF SPECIAL MUNICIPAL BOND ELECTION WHEREAS, by proceedings duly had and taken, a special munic"ipal ' 'bohd election (the "election ") in the City of Petaluma (the "City") was held on March 5, 1974, in accordance with law, and the votes thereat received and canvassed, and the returns thereof ascertained, determined and declared in all respects as required by law; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Petaluma, as follows 1. The City Clerk of the City is hereby instructed to enter this - resolution on the minutes of this Council as a statement of the result of the election. 2. The total number of ballots cast in the City lat the election was 4649 ballots. 30, ballots were spoiled and not counted. 3.
