Street,, 90.0 feet; thence in a north- easterly direction. 303.5 feet to the north east side of Petaluma Boulevard; thence in a southeasterly direction along the northeast si'de Petaluma Boulevard 374.2 feet; thence in a southwesterly direction 170.25 feet; thence in a north- westerly direction•49.7 feet; thence in a southwesterly j direction 100.25 feet to the northeast side of Fourth Street; thence in. a northwesterly direction, along the northeast side of Fourth Street.14,4..5 feet; thence in a southwesterly direc- tion. 33.0 feet to.the centerline of "C" Street; thence in a northwesterly direction, along the centerline of "C" Street, 90.0. feet to the point of beginning. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows: 1. The City Clerk.shall notify all affected ;property owners as shown on the last equalized assessment roll and utilities con- cerned of the time and place of such hearing,by mailing a,copy of this resolution to .such property owners and utilities- concerned at least ten (10) days prior to the date thereof.: 4.
