1 APPROVE FINAL MAP

3 MOUNTAIN VALLEY SUBDIVISION, PHASE 1A

6 WHEREAS, the Community Development/Planning Director and the
7 Director of Engineering have reviewed the final map of
8 Moutain valley Subdivision, Phase 1A and have reported it to
9 be in conformity with the Subdivision Ordinance, and such
10 reports have been forwarded to and reviewed by this Council;
11 and,
12
13 WHEREAS, the certifications required by law have been
14 endorsed on said map; and,
15
16 WHEREAS, this Council finds that the final map conforms to
17 the requirements of this City's Subdivision Ordinance and is
18 consistent with, and conforms to the general plan for the
19 area; and,
20 WHEREAS, this Council finds the final map is in substantial
21 compliance with the tentative map previously approved for
22 the Subdivision by Resolution No. 90-243 N.C.S., the
23 findings of which are hereby incorporated by this reference
24 as if fully set forth herein.

1 PTOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,
2 1. That said final map of Mountain Valley Subdivision,
3 Phase 1A is hereby approved, provided that the
4 conditions, which have been previously set forth in
5 said Resolution No. 90-243 N.C.S., incorporated herein
6 by reference, shall be carried out; and,
7 2. That upon execution of the Subdivision Public
8 Improvements Agreement in the form approved by the City
9 Attorney, and the furnishing of the improvements
10 security and insurance, approved as to form by the City
11 Attorney and as to sufficiency by the City Manager, the
12 City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to sign
13 the certificate on said final map certifying that the
14 City Council has approved the same and accepted all
15 streets and other dedications thereon. The City Clerk
16 shall thereupon cause said final maps to be recorded in
17 the Office of the Sonoma County Recorder.
