ESTABLISHING FEES FOR
PETALUMA MARINA
BE IT RESOLVED:
1. Petaluma Marina Berthina Fees, pursuant to Chapter
13.24 of the Municipal Code are hereby established as
$5.00 per boat length in feet per month or the assigned berth size in
feet per month, whichever is greater.
2. Pavment of berthing fees shall be made pursuant to a lease
agreement for berthing space. The penalty for delinquent payment
shall be 10% per month on the outstanding balance delinquent.
3. Miscellaneous Fees for services at the Petaluma Marina are
hereby established:
Key Deposit or Replacement - $20 per key
Emergency Pumping - $35 per hour, $20 min
Emergency Supplies - Cost plus 20%
(Ropes/Fenders)
Other Misc. Emergency Services - Cost plus 20%
4. Petaluma Marina Transient Moorina Fees,pursuant to Chapter
13.24 of the Municipal Code are hereby established:
Boat Length up to 30 feet - $ 7.00 per night
Boat Length between 30 to 50 feet - $10.00 per night
5. Pavment of Transient Moorina Fees shall be made to the Harbor
Master upon completion of a Transient Mooring Registration.
6. Annual Adiustments to the berthing and transient mooring fees
established herein shall be made by applying the percentage change in
the Consumer Price Index - all urban consumers for the San
Francisco/Oakland/San Jose area for each January to January.
7. Effective Date - the fees established herein shall be
effective upon completion and occupancy of the Petaluma Marina. The
annual adjustments to the fees shall be effective each March 1st.
Under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City.
