HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 90-035 N.C.S. 02/05/1990.., i• ~~S~lut~~n N®. 90-35 ~.C.S. of the City of Petaluma, California RESOLUTION TO SUMMARILY VACATE EXCESS RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT ALONG MARGO LANE AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE SALE OR EXCHANGE OF SAME TO THE ADJACENT PROPERTY OWNERS; AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY CONVEYANCE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Petaluma does hereby find and determine that the real property described below is no Longer needed for street and easement purposes, having been superseded by relocation, and the same should and is hereby summarily abandoned pursuant to Section 8330 of the Streets and Highways Code, said real property being desceibed in Exhibit A; attached hereto. Under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City.
