Regular . Meeting of the City Council of the
City of Petaluma, on the 20th day of August 19 73
WHEREAS the State. of California has presented a form of contract
relating .to a Grant for Clean Water which this Council. finds should be .
executed in the form as presented,
NOW,. THEREFORE,. BE IT -RESOLVED that the Mayor be and she is hereby.
authorized .to execute the amended agreement with the State of California
relating to a Grant for Clean Water in the form as presented. '
under.the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City.
I hereby certify the the.foregoing Resolution.was duly and regulary introduced and
adopted by the Council of the City of Petaluma on the 20th
day of August , 19 73 , by the following votes:
