USE A STREET IN THE CITY. OF PETALUMA, MORE PARTICULARLY

the City Council of the City of Petaluma on the 4th day of September 1973.
'WIT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the City. of Petaluma does hereby declare
its intention to vacate and abandon and close to public use , pursuant to
and in accordance with the. Street Vacation Act of 1941 (Division 9 , Part 3,
of the Streets and Highways Code) all of the following street in the City
Of Petaluma, California, ,as ,dedribed as follows..:

All 'that .c.ërtàiri. real property situate:, lying and being
in the City Of Petaluma, County. of Sonoma, .State of
California., bounded and described as follows :
"That certain street indicated as ' Sixth Street' from
the centerline of ' B ' street (abandbned) to ' Main
Street' .(Casa 'Grande Road): as shown on the Map of
Newtown recorded in Book M of Deeds; at „page 1 , Sonoma
County. Records
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that .the Council does :hereby fix Monday, the 127th nay
of September, 1973 , .at .the :hdur of 7:30 11.m. , in the Council Chambers , City
. Hall, Petaluma, California , as the time and place for hearing all persons
interested in or objecting 'to the proposed vacati`on. of said street herein-
