WHEREAS Forrest 'S.Lindsay , 22525 Sixth,: Hayward, California,
945.41 has requested two single family residential water connections on
premises located at. 211 and 211 Nerth McDowell Road,. A. P. 137-06.-15, and
WHEREAS th'e Director of Public Works has made a report and re=
commendation thereon,
NOW,. THEREFORE ,. BE .IT RESOLVED that Forrest .S: Lindsay is hereby.
granted an application to connect two one-residence .water. connections,
located at 211 and 213 North McDowell Road, (A. P. 137-06.-15) to the
Petaluma Water System.
