This Memorandum of Understanding is entered into
between the Sonoma County. Organization-. of Public Employees, .
hereinafter referred tows •"SCOPE" and the Municipal
Employees' Relations; Officer. of the City of Petaluma,

agreeable times between the City end,the employee

Up to a maximum of three (3) working days (24
hours) comp time may be aedrued. Amounts earned
in excess of that will be paid at the overtime
rate in effect at the time the overtime was per-

c. Overtime of less than one-half hour shall not be
compensated. Overtime of more than 30 minutes

6. Compilation of Employment Benefits and Personnel Rules.
-. The City- shah within a reasonable period during the
term of this Memorandum compile existing employment
benefits and personnel rules into one document and ,
provide it to SCOPE.
7. Term
Conditioned on adoption by the City Council, this
Memorandum of Understanding shall go into effect on
July 1, 1973 and „remain infU11, fOrce and effect
through June 30, 1974. ,
