3 AWARD OF BID FOR-WATER DEPARTMENT
4 WATER WILL PUMP AND MOTOR. REPLACEMENT

8 WHEREAS, the City of Petaluma Public Works Department -
9 Water Division requested bids for the replacement of the
10 water well pump and motor at city well number 14-01; and,
11
12 WHEREAS, two (2) bids were received - the low bid being from
13 Les Petersen Drilling and Pump, Inc., 5434 Old Redwood Hwy.,
14 Santa Rosa, CA. Their low bid was in the amount of
15 $5,791.17 for the replacement of the .water well pump and
16 motor; and,

18 WHEREAS, water project expenditure budget 9774 includes
19 funds for this use.

21 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council approves
22 award of the bid to Les Petersen, Santa Rosa, for their low
23 bid of $5,791..17.
