AUTHORIZE DESTRUCTION OF RECORDS
MELD BEYOND STATUTORY RETENTION TIME
WHEREAS, the record series listed on the attached Records Destruction
Notice has been carried in the Records Center beyond their Statutory retention
period; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Petaluma wishes to remove the records from the
Records Center and destroy the documents by recycling the paper.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Clerk is authorized to
destroy the records listed on the attached Records Destruction Notice by recycling.
Under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City.
