4 A RESOLUTION APPROVING ISSUANCE OF A MITIGATED NEGATIVE
5 DECLARATION PURSUANT TO CEQA FOR THE APPROVAL OF A
6 7,900 SQ. FT. OFFICE BUILDING AND ASSOCIATED SITE
7 IMPROVEMENTS AT 300 LAKEVILLE STREET, AP NO.'S

11 WHEREAS, an initial study has been prepared for the proposed use; and
12
13 WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the potential adverse traffic impacts of a
14 7,900 sq. ft. office proposed to be located at 300 Lakeville Street; and
15
16 WHEREAS, it has been determined that approval of this use will not trigger any significant
17 adverse environmental impacts that cannot be mitigated through conditions of approval
18 revised pursuant to Resolution No. 90-263 ;

20 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESO~,VED that the issuance of a Mitigated Negative
21 Declaration pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act is hereby approved,
22 based upon the following findings:

24 1. The project, as conditionally approved, does not have the potential to degrade the
25 quality of the environment, substantially reduce the habitat of a fish or wildlife
26 species, cause a fish or wildlife population to drop below self-sustaining levels,
27 threaten to eliminate a plant or animal community, reduce the number or restrict
28 the range of a rare or endangered plant or animal or eliminate important examples
29 of the major periods of California history or prehistory.

31 2. The project, as conditionally approved, does not have the potential to achieve short-
32 term to the disadvantage of long-term, environmental goals.

34 3. The project, as conditionally approved, does not have impacts which are individually
35 limited, but cumulatively considerable.

37 4. The project, as conditionally approved, does not have environmental effects which
38 will cause substantial adverse effects on human beings, either directly or indirectly.
