of the City of Petaluma, California
REMOVING NON-PARTICIPA'T'ING MEMBER
OF THE ANIMAL SERVICES ADVISORY COMMITTEE
AND DECLARING VACANCY ON THAT BODY
WHEREAS, Resolution 2004-209 N.C.S. allows that members of the Animal Advisory Committee who
fail to attend at least three consecutive meetings of that body may be removed from that body by vote of the
City Council, and Council may then appoint a qualified citizen to complete the term; and',
WHEREAS, Desiree Neilsen, a member of the Animal Services Advisory Committee, has failed to
attend at least three consecutive regularly scheduled meetings of that body.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does declare the office held by
Desiree Neilsen vacant.
Under the power and authority conferred upon this Councilby the Charter of said City.
